Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
To help keep appointments available for all clients, we ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may also incur a 50% fee.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and fees may be reviewed at our discretion in genuine emergencies.
